Our company provides the following services:

A. For EU citizens:

Registration of a foreigner at the relevant Department of the Foreigners’ police office upon arrival to the Czech Republic (in case the intended stay in the country will exceed  30 days);

– Preparation of documents and submission of an application for confirmation of temporary residence at the OAMP of Ministry of Interior (MOI) of the Czech Republic;

– Registration of personal changes (address of residence, marital status, etc.) at the relevant MOI department / or other authorities;

– Preparation of documents for applying for a visa to countries outside the European Union.

B. For non-EU citizens:

– Preparation of documents for applying for a short-term visa to the Czech Republic (max. up to 3 months) – invitation letter;

– Preparation of documents for applying for an employee or blue card, including ensuring of appointment for submitting an application to the consular representation of the Czech Republic abroad;

– Preparation of documents for applying for a long-term visa to the Czech Republic (e.g. for the purpose of family reunification), temporary or permanent residence;

Assistance in extension of work permit, employee card, blue card, long-term residence permit;

– Making appointment and escorting on biometrics procedure (data collection and issuing of biometric residence permit card);

– Preparation of documents for applying for a visa to countries outside the European Union.

C. For companies (employers):

Assistance with setting and managing the agenda associated with foreign employees;

– Ensuring timely notification of the need to extend the employee card / blue card;

– Easy way to place orders with us;

– Just connect us with a future / existing employee and we will take care of the rest;

– We pick up the documents from you ourselves or arrange a courier if needed.

– Do your HR specialists manage all the agenda themselves and just need to provide employees with personal escort to relevant MOI office for biometrics procedure? We are ready to assist on such agenda as well because we provide companies with so-called “partial services”.

– We are ready to help employers go through the registration process in the Register of verified employers (assumption year 2026).

D. Other services:

– Assistance in extension or addition of new pages to the passport, assistance in case of theft or loss of passport or other documents;
